What should I expect during my first massage therapy visit?
You’ll be asked general questions to establish what areas you would like worked on and if there are any conditions needing to be addressed.

Do I have to be completely undressed?
You should only undress to the level of your comfort. For a full body massage most get completely undressed however if you’ll be more comfortable during the session if you leave your underwear on that’s also acceptable.

Do I need to cover myself with a sheet or a towel?
This one will depend on your level of comfort and how free you are with your therapist.

Do you have an establishment where I can walk-in if I need the services?
No, this is an outcall or mobile based massage services only meaning the therapist will come to your hotel or apartment with the needed tools. Also this services can only be offered to clients residing within Nairobi.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or Mpesa only.

How do I book an appointment?

How long will the massage last?
An average full-body massage treatment lasts approximately one hour.Many people prefer a 60 – 90 minutes session for optimal relaxation.

Which details or information do you need if the therapist is coming to my premises?
We’ll need your name (the one you’ve booked the room or apartment under)
The name of the apartment or hotel you’re in
The door number or house number
The exact time you want the massage

What do I do during the treatment?
Make yourself comfortable however if your massage therapist needs you to move or turn over he/she will communicate.

Will the massage hurt?
This will depend on the type of the massage. If it’s something like deep tissue or sports massage there will be some pain but it’s quite refreshing afterwards.

How often should I get a massage?
It’s recommended once per week or once per two weeks. If you have some medical conditions and you need massage for pain relief or pain management then you’ll need it more frequently.

The answer to this is a simple YES

How will I feel after a massage treatment?
You’ll feel relaxed and you’ll be more flexible.

When should I NOT get a massage?
If you have a flu, fever or contagious skin infection.

Am I supposed to tip a massage therapist?
If you want to then yes you can.

What’s your availability?
We’re available from 8am – 10pm Monday to Sunday however we work until 12pm but from 9pm we prefer being booked in advance also if you want an early morning session kindly book the day before.
